Dear colleagues and friends,

This has been an amazing year for our business. I am proud to preside over a firm comprised of dedicated individuals who have contributed to our success during this difficult and challenging time for many.

As a firm, the Cater Investment Group has successfully completed a series of placements in the foodservice industry, social media, and real estate services in the U.S. and Asia. Amidst the substantial boom in the real estate market, the asset value of multi-unit residential properties has grown along with our property management business in the Mountain West and Midwest. Our firm also exited its advisory business in Thailand with its local partner, Bangkok Practice, to increase institutional capital available to be deployed.

Additionally, the consulting business has experienced a transformational year in our firm's young history. It has realized significant growth from both our Operations and Finance practices by supporting some large-scale projects for global companies in a variety of industries including financial services, biotech, and industrial conglomerates. Some of the banner efforts that we spearheaded included:

• Organizational Transformation of a Bulge Bracket North American Financial Institution;

• Market Entry Due Diligence for a Global Biotech Firm;

• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for an Economic Development Agency; and

• Strategy Planning and Operational Enhancement Initiatives for a Large-Scale Consultancy and U.S. Insurance Company

This has resulted in the growth of our Advisory practice headcount by 25% and look forward to institutionalizing relationships with universities as we seek to work with ambitious undergraduates and MBAs who embody our core values of doing well by doing good through empowering our people.
